Ingredients: rehydrated soy protein (texturized, isolated, concentrate), soybean oil, carrots, egg whites, onions, vegetable fiber, natural flavors, spices, wheat gluten, potato starch, calcium carbonate, sea salt, potassium chloride, modified vegetable gum, hydrolyzed corn protein, yeast extract, dextrose, maltodextrin, garlic, caramel color, paprika.Precooked and easy to prepare. Great as an appetizer,
over pasta or in a sandwich. For best results:
  • Stove Top: Preheat your favorite sauce or gravy and add Meatballs. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 min. Stir occasionally. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Microwave: Place 4 Meatballs in a microwaveable dish, add your favorite sauce or gravy. Cover dish and cook on HIGH for 35-40 seconds. Keep covered and let stand for additional 5 minutes.
  • Oven/Toaster Oven (Optional): Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover Meatballs in aluminum foil to retain moisture. Heat 6 to 8 minutes or until center is hot.
  • Frying Pan (Optional): Heat oil on low. After oil is hot, add Meatballs and stir occasionally.
Avoid overcooking.
