Recent national E. coli contamination reports

FoodTech International, Inc is aware of reports of illnesses in multiple states nationwide, possibly related to E. coli contamination in fresh spinach. All the spinach we use is cooked prior to being used in our products. Our spinach which is inspected before we use it is not grown in California where the spinach that has been expected to be contaminated comes from.
Our entire product lines are manufactured following strict QC procedures and HACCP Plan.. The Spinach is cooked at a temperature beyond the recommended FDA requirements to destroy E. Col I. The finish product is microbiological tested to ensure that there is no evidence of E.Coli.
We want to notify to all our Consumers that FoodTech International Inc. does not have any commercial relationship with Natural Selection Foods LLC, the recalling company, neither with any Spinach producer in the United States.
We guarantee that FoodTech International, Inc. is not related to any of the recalling companies, neither with their spinach suppliers. Therefore, our products are not linked to the Natural Selection Foods LLC voluntary recall.
