Veggie Buffalo Wings Wrap

Quick and easy lunch idea with a little kick.
Ingredients:
One package Veggie Patch Meatless Buffalo Wings
4 large whole grain tortilla wraps, warm
1/4 cup reduced fat blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 tablespoons Greek plain yogurt
hot sauce, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees.
Place wings on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake 9 to 12 minutes until crisp.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, toss the blue cheese dressing, Greek yogurt, celery, and cabbage. Remove the wings from the oven, cut in half, and add them to the blue cheese mixture, stir to evenly coat wings, and add hot sauce, to taste. Spread half the wings mixture onto the bottom third of each tortilla. Fold the bottom quarter of each tortilla up and over the filling, fold both sides toward the middle, and roll into sealed packets. Tightly wrap the packets in foil to secure.
